Where it is

  1. Pipeline: 0.1, the build proven to install and roll back
  2. Trim: engines chosen for IDM, the voice ceiling measured, room made for samples
  3. The ACID screen theme: 3a in 0.3 (new look, HOME, splash); 3b in 0.4 (the sound sections, IDM genres in GEN, a power-on demo); 3c-1 in 0.5 (SEQ, GLO and a MIDI page); 3c-2 in 0.6 (SAVE, the MENU, dialogs and PLAYS)
  4. BREAK: load breakbeats from this site, chop and rearrange them on the device
  5. Sound: TAPE wow and flutter, 303-style accent and slide, new FM and drum voices

Before you install

At your own risk. Back up the full flash first with MvaveFM1Unbricker. The FM-1's ROM bootloader cannot be overwritten: a failed install can be rescued, and the official firmware can always go back on.
